This Privacy Policy applies to: Clients Businesses (such as car dealerships) that subscribe to and use the Services. (If a Client is an individual, "Client" includes that individual's personal information.) Authorized Users Employees, agents, contractors, or other individuals a Client authorizes to use the Services. Customers (End Users) Individuals who interact with a Client via TakeNext—for example, by calling, texting, chatting, or submitting information through channels powered by TakeNext. Website Visitors Individuals who visit, browse, or interact with www.takenext.com, request demos, or consume our online content. "You" refers to any person whose personal information we process, and what we collect depends on your role. We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The "Last Updated" date indicates when it was most recently revised.

Your available rights depend on your role and location. 7.1 Clients & Authorized Users You may: Access or update your account Request access, correction, or deletion by emailing legal@takenext.com Identity verification may be required. 7.2 Customers (End Users) When we process Customer data, we act as a service provider to the Client. To access, correct, or delete your data, contact the Client directly (e.g., the dealership). We will assist the Client per our contractual obligations. 7.3 Marketing Preferences Clients and Website Visitors may: Unsubscribe from promotional emails Request removal from marketing lists Customers receiving messages from a Client must follow that business's opt-out instructions.
8. Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No system is guaranteed 100% secure. Clients and Authorized Users are responsible for maintaining secure passwords and limiting access to their accounts.
9. Client Practices & Third-Party Sites
We are not responsible for: How Clients independently handle personal information The privacy practices of linked third-party websites or services
10. Children
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child provided us information, contact us to request removal.
11. International Use and Data Transfers
The Services are primarily operated in the United States. If you use the Services from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in countries with different data protection laws. By using the Services, you consent to these transfers.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. If changes are material, we will notify Clients and Authorized Users using the email on file or a notice within the Services.
